By purchasing or using Apixy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. License Key Usage

• License keys are for personal use only.
• Sharing, reselling, or cracking our software is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms without refund.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products (software licenses), we generally do not offer refunds once a key has been delivered and viewed. Refunds may be considered only if the product is proven to be non-functional.

4. Availability

We strive to keep our services available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
